Sc. 5801 John Lewis on a 5"x7" Dragon Card featuring a photo of Lewis speaking at the March On Washington in 1963. The pictorial postmark ties the Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy stamps. Lewis was at the victory party awaiting RFK's return from his victory speech. He says he was absolutely devastated by the murders of these two leaders so close together. Great for a black history-, civil rights- or government-on-stamps collection!
