Sc. 5154 Year of the Rooster on a 5"x7" Dragon Card showing a Year of the Rooster icon and fireworks. The Year of the Rooster stamp and the John Wayne stamp (Sc. 3876) are tied by the First Day of Issue hand cancel. Wayne won his only Academy Award for playing ROOSTER Cogburn.
