Sc. UX154 Carnegie Hall postal card with a two-color Dragon Cards cachet. The background is a Harper's magazine drawing of Opening Night; the foreground is a newspaper review and the Centennial logo. The First Day of Issue hand cancel the card's indicia with stamps for American Music, W. C. Handy (who performed the first jazz concert there in April 1928), and Gershwin (he premiered 2 works there). Great for a music-, NYC- or jazz-on-stamps collection!
