Sc. 5834-43 Underground Railroad on a 5"x7" Dragon Card reproducing the woodcut "Twenty-eight fugitives escaping from the Eastern Shore of Maryland" from William Still's 1872 book The Underground Railroad. A block of 10 stamps is postmarked by the Pictorial Postmark and a circular date stamp. Only 13 produced. Great for a Black History-, Civil War- or Americana-on-stamps collection!
